Family access

Your agent can serve more people than just you: up to 2 trusted members (a partner, child, or colleague) can use the same Telegram bot. The agent knows whois speaking in each conversation and addresses everyone by name — “hi Daiane” for one, “hi Paulo” for another.

Before you add someone, understand this

Memory, library files, and scheduled tasks are shared among all members. Whatever one person tells the agent, others can ask about and find. There is no per-person private memory. Only add people who can know everything you discuss with the agent.

How to enable it

  1. 1
Ask the person to send any message to @userinfobot on Telegram — it replies with their numeric ID (something like 987654321).
  2. 2
In your agent’s dashboard, open the Personality & memory tab and scroll to Family access.
  3. 3
Fill in your name, and each person’s name and ID, then save. The agent restarts in ~30 seconds.
  4. 4
That’s it: the person just opens your bot on Telegram and starts messaging — no install, no password.

How it works day-to-day

  • Separate conversations: everyone talks to the bot in their own chat. Messages never mix — if two people write at the same time, the agent replies to each in their own conversation.
  • Shared memory:when someone shares something important, the agent notes who said it (“Daiane: prefers short replies”) — and any member can look it up.
  • Scheduled tasks:each person can create their own (“remind me every day at 7am”) and the notification goes only to that person’s chat.
  • Cost: all conversations share the same API key — more people talking means more credit usage.

Removing someone

In the same card, click Removenext to the person and save. They lose access immediately after the restart — but anything they already told the agent stays in memory (you can ask the agent to forget it: “delete what Daiane told you about X”).

Applies to agents created from July 2026 onward. On older agents, added members can chat normally, but the agent may not differentiate them by name — recreate the agent or contact support to upgrade.
