Security & privacy
Your agent is yours: a dedicated server, isolated memory, and access restricted to your Telegram account. Here is what we guarantee — and what sits under your responsibility.
Your conversations
- The platform does not read your messages. The conversation happens between your Telegram and your agent, on its own server.
- Only the Telegram account you linked in Step 3 can talk to the agent. Anyone else who finds the bot is ignored.
- The conversation history and memory live on the agent’s disk — they do not pass through our database.
Your API keys
- Keys are stored encrypted (AES-256)and only delivered to your agent’s server.
- In platform logs, keys and tokens are automatically redacted.
- Rotated a key with your provider? Update it in the dashboard (Model & features) — the old one is gone from our side immediately.
Deletion
- Deleting the agent destroys the server, disk, and memory — irreversible. Export your memory first if it matters.
- Deleting your account removes your agents and your data from the platform. There is no subscription to cancel — any credits left in the wallet go with it.
The weakest link is your bot token
Whoever has the BotFather token controls your bot. Do not share it, do not paste it on external sites, do not send it by message. If it leaks, generate a new one in @BotFather (/revoke) and update it in the dashboard.
